Admission Process
Patient admission (retirees, employees, children, uninsured) is carried out following a prior appointment obtained either by phone or by visiting the reception, confirmed by our Reservations team and processed in our system after the advance payment has been made.
Check Your Insurance Status
You can check your insurance status yourself, as well as the status of your health card, by accessing the link below and entering your Personal Identification Number (CNP)
If this check reveals any discrepancies with your situation (for example, you appear as uninsured, the card appears as issued but you have not received it, etc.), please resolve the situation before arriving, so that you can use your referral (otherwise, our services can only be accessed at full cost).
Preparation
Required Documents
To avoid any unpleasant situations, please bring all the documents required for your admission:

Your Experience
Your Stay
Upon arrival, please proceed to the reception to complete the following steps:
- Completion of residence documents
- Signing the medical services contract
- Room assignment according to your booking
- Scheduling the specialist consultation — defining your treatment plan
The plan will be recorded on an individual form, which you will present at the scheduling service for organising your procedures. After completing your daily treatment, the form is left at the treatment centre reception and collected the following day.
