So that we can issue your invoice correctly and give you a clear record of every payment, the advance is settled from your account. Creating it takes a minute, and it also helps with reservations, documents and staying in touch with us.

How to pay the advance

Create your account
All you need is an email address and the phone number you used when making the reservation.

Your reservation appears in the account
Once our team has registered the reservation, you will find it in your account, under Reservations.

Pay the advance by card
Choose whether the invoice is issued to an individual or a company, pay securely, and the invoice shows up in your account.

Important

The phone number in your account must match the one given when booking — that is how we match your reservation. On the day of arrival you can show proof of the advance payment at the reception desk, on paper or on your phone.
